Cinnamon Poached Pears with Salted Caramel FROPRO

Try our brown sugar & cinnamon poached pears using 95% sugar-free, high protein, low-fat Salted Caramel FROPRO ice cream!
Ingredients:
  • Salted Caramel FROPRO
  • 2 large beurre bosc pears
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener
  • 1 large cinnamon stick

Method:

  1. Place sugar, water and cinnamon stick in a pot
  2. Stir constantly on medium heat until sweetener is dissolved
  3. Cut pears in half and remove core, then place in pot with other ingredients
  4. Cover with a circle of baking paper and simmer for 10 minutes (or until tender!)
  5. Serve with 2 scoops of Salted Caramel FroPro & drizzle with poaching liquid. Enjoy!
