Try our brown sugar & cinnamon poached pears using 95% sugar-free, high protein, low-fat Salted Caramel FROPRO ice cream!
- Salted Caramel FROPRO
- 2 large beurre bosc pears
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup natural sweetener
- 1 large cinnamon stick
- Place sugar, water and cinnamon stick in a pot
- Stir constantly on medium heat until sweetener is dissolved
- Cut pears in half and remove core, then place in pot with other ingredients
- Cover with a circle of baking paper and simmer for 10 minutes (or until tender!)
- Serve with 2 scoops of Salted Caramel FroPro & drizzle with poaching liquid. Enjoy!
