Ingredients

  • FPFC Southern Fried Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 65g Baby Cos Lettuce, Chopped
  • 1 Egg (Hard Boiled), Chopped
  • 30g Tomato, Sliced
  • 30g Short Cut Bacon, Diced
  • 15g Parmesan Cheese, Shaved
  • 30g Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Instructions

    Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and add the bacon, cooking until crispy. Set aside.

    Cook FPFC according to the packet. (We cook in the air fryer)

    Assemble salad by tossing together lettuce, egg, tomato, bacon, parmesan, and dressing.

    Transfer to a bowl and top with freshly cooked FPFC.
