✖️Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup Oat flour (I blended rolled oats that I got from @nakedfoods @nakedfoodsnewtown into flour with @froothie )
3 tbsp almond meal (I used 3 tbsp chocolate protein instead)
3 tbsp sugar @lakanto @lakantoaustralia
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp Sugar Free Drinking Chocolate @nibandnoble
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup coconut yogurt* (I used Chocolate Mousse @pure_n_free )
2 tbsp almond milk @originalbonsoy from my July @goodnessmebox <Use CANDY10 for discount 💰>
1/2 tbsp ACV
*if not using yogurt, sub with 1/3 cup almond milk + half a mashed banana and omit the 2 tbsp almond milk

25g chocolate of choice

Preheat oven to 180C and grease a large ramekin. Mix together wet and dry ingredients together and pour half the mixture into the ramekin. Place chocolate into the center and fold in the rest of the batter. Bake for 15-20 mins and let cool for 10 mins before digging in – TOP with FroPro ice cream 🙂
