•30g all purpose flour
•35g rolled oats
•10g brown/coconut sugar
•2-3tbs natvia/more sugar
•1-2 tbs crushed nuts
•1tsp maple/ vanilla extract
•2tbs cold butter/nuttlex
•2 peeled diced apples (i used golden delicious)
•or Frozen Berries to cover the bottom of your dish 3-4 cups depending on size you choose.
•1tbs all purpose flour
•FroPro Salted Caramel Protein Ice Cream
Preheat the oven to 180•c. depending on the size of your dish, keep mix as is or double it. in a large bowl, add flour, oats, sprinkle a pinch of salt and crushed nuts, followed by sugar and natvia, once combined add in extract and butter and cut it into the mix with two forks or rub with your fingers. Optional to add 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1tbs maple/honey for different flavours.
Once you have a semi clumpy crumble set aside.
in the baking dish you are using cover the bottom with your chosen fruit, roll in 1 tbs flour and 1 tbs natvia. Than cover the top with the crumble . bake for approx 25-30minutes until golden (apples take longer to cook than berries unless you use canned apples). Serve warmed with fro pro icecream.
