Ingredients

  • 1 FroPro Southern Fried Chicken Fillet
  • 50g Avocado, Sliced
  • 15g Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sushi Rice (Measured Cooked)
  • 2 Sheets Sushi Seaweed
  • Sesame Seeds (to Serve)
  • Soy Sauce (to Serve)

Instructions

    Cook sushi rice as per package instructions (can add rice vinegar and sugar to flavour it) and then cool in the fridge.

    In the mean time, cook FPFC breast fillets in an airfryer and slice into fine strips.

    Use your sushi making kit to assemble sushi and slide onto a seaweed sheet

    When rolling, wet the end of the seaweed with water so it sticks together
  • 05
    Slice and serve with soy sauce
