At the moment, we only stock in Coles and Woolworths and we do not have any individual distributors. If this changes in the future, we will update the stockist page.
Do you ship to New Zealand or overseas?
We don't ship to New Zealand or internationally. As of now, we only stock in Woolworths and Coles across Australia. Hopefully won't be too long. Stay tuned!

How did FroPro Start?
CEO and Founder, Ed O’Donoghue wanted to redefine the landscape of healthy eating by making it accessible and enjoyable for people across the nation. Being a former Professional Rugby Player Ed personally saw the gap in the market for delicious food that doesn’t sacrifice on taste or macros - this is where FroPro began.
The Protein Burritos look so crispy on the photos. How do i get it super crispy?
To get that extra crisp finish, once finished in the Microwave, we recommend placing your cooked burrito in a hot sandwich press for 30 seconds or until golden brown.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Pizzas:
Our pizza boxes and inner disk are recyclable. The inner plastic is soft plastic recyclable.
FPFC:
The outer box is recyclable. The plastic is soft plastic recyclable.
Burritos:
Our burritos are soft plastic recyclable.
Pockets:
The pocket box is recyclable with in inner wrapper being soft plastic recyclable.
When is the best time to have a burrito?
Any time of the day! They are a perfect lunch or dinner solution or if you need a pick me up during the day they are also a hearty snack or the perfect pre and post workout fuel.
Is your FPFC Chicken Halal?
The poultry that we use in our FPFC fried chicken is Halal Certified. Whilst we work with reputable suppliers who follow high standards in their sourcing and processing methods, our additional ingredients of FPFC may not be Halal Certified.
Are your products Halal?
Our Protein Burritos are Halal Certified, ensuring they meet Halal requirements. However, our Protein Pizzas are currently not Halal Certified and may not be Halal suitable. Additionally, our FPFC Range is made with Halal Certified chicken, though some other ingredients in the range may not meet Halal standards.
Do you have any vegetarian products?
What is the best way to cook my Fropro FPFC?
We highly recommend cooking them in the air fryer, but the oven works incredibly as well. Refer to the packaging for individual instructions and cooking times.

Have you brought the old base back?
You guys asked, and we listened. You shouted from the rooftops and we had no choice but to hear you! We've reverted back to the OG base you all know and love. <3
What is the correct nutritional information?
When you're scanning your pizza or pizza slices into MyFitnessPal, it may come up with and incorrect nutritional profile in the app. To find the correct nutritional profile, look for your favourite FroPro product followed by "by FroPro" in the heading! Happy eating!
Why has the pumpkin changed on the Pumpkin & Feta?
We have changed the pumpkin to create better distribution across the pizza, giving you a better burst of flavour in each bite!
Why are your pizzas out of stock?
Not to worry, they're back and better than ever! We did run into some issues with stock availability, however we're happy to announce they're back on shelves! Ps. the OG base is back!

FroPro cheesecakes are available in the chilled bakery section of Woolworths stores nationwide.
How are FroPro cheesecakes different from regular cheesecakes?
Our cheesecakes are high in protein, lower in calories, and crafted to provide indulgent flavours without the guilt. They’re the perfect balance of taste and nutrition.
How long do FroPro cheesecakes last in the fridge?
Check the “Best Before” date on the packaging, but typically, they stay fresh for up to 7 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Do I need to refrigerate FroPro cheesecakes?
Yes, FroPro cheesecakes must be kept in the fridge to maintain their freshness and creamy texture.
Can I freeze FroPro cheesecakes for later use?
While they’re designed to be stored in the fridge and eat immediately, you can freeze them if needed. Just ensure they are sealed properly, and thaw in the fridge before consuming. Please also note they may not taste as wonderful as they would fresh - they are still pretty amazing but for the best experience we recommend eating them chilled.

How long are these available for?
Our cheesecakes are in Woolworths for a limited time only. They will be available from the chilled cake section from the 22nd of January 2025. They will only be in stores while stocks last (we suspect this will be 1- 2 weeks!)
I can't find them. What do I do?
Please ask the friendly team at Woolworths if you need help but please be kind if they have sold out. You may have to try a few stores.
