We have a slightly different range of products and flavours in each store so check out our stockist page to find what you are looking for.

You can also search FroPro online on the Coles and Woolworths website to see what your local store has.

At the moment, we only stock in Coles and Woolworths and we do not have any individual distributors. If this changes in the future, we will update the stockist page.

Our High Protein cheesecakes can be found in Woolworths New Zealand .

At the moment this is the only range available internationally.

We are always working to expand this, so stay tuned!

All of the cardboard is recyclable and the plastic is soft plastic recyclable.

Unfortunately all of our products are made with a high protein wheat flour so are not gluten free. Down the track we may look to expand the range to include options here

Our Protein Burritos are Halal certified.

Our Protein Pies are made with Halal certified ingredients, however the manufacturing facility is currently awaiting full Halal certification.

Our FPFC (FroPro Fried Chicken) range is made with Halal certified chicken, however the coating ingredients are not Halal certified. Please note that our Popcorn Chicken is not made with Halal certified chicken.

Our Pizzas and Cheesecakes are not Halal certified.

Our cheesecakes are now available Australia-wide and in New Zealand, located in the chilled bakery section of Woolworths stores. (Not in the freezer!) You’ll usually find them near the fresh bread. If you have trouble spotting them, just ask the friendly Woolworths team for help.

Our High Protein Cheesecakes are back PERMANENTLY. They can be found in the chilled cake section of Woolworths stores Australia-wide and in New Zealand.

Yes, FroPro cheesecakes must be kept in the fridge to maintain their freshness and creamy texture.

While they’re designed to be stored in the fridge and eat immediately, you can freeze them if needed. Just ensure they are sealed properly, and thaw in the fridge before consuming. Please also note they may not taste as wonderful as they would fresh - they are still pretty amazing but for the best experience we recommend eating them chilled.

Yes, FroPro cheesecakes are vegetarian-friendly. Check the ingredient list for specific dietary information.

Please ask the friendly team at Woolworths if you need help but please be kind if they have sold out. You may have to try a few stores.

We have formulated a unique pizza base blend using a nutrient dense wheat protein and faba bean. This reduces the carbs, and increases the protein - what’s not to love!

They have next to no level of spice! The Peri Peri is bursting with Peri Peri flavour, and the Sweet Chilli is very slightly spiced. But if you are not a spice lover we recommend sticking with the Southern Style tenders

We have created a high protein blend that is a mix of wheat protein, whey protein, flour and our secret herbs and spices. Helping us get the crunch, flavour and protein kick that sets our fried chicken apart!

We highly recommend cooking them in the air fryer, but the oven works incredibly as well. Refer to the packaging for individual instructions and cooking times.

To get that extra crisp finish, once finished in the Microwave, we recommend placing your cooked burrito in a hot sandwich press for 30 seconds or until golden brown.

Any time of the day! They are a perfect lunch or dinner solution or if you need a pick me up during the day they are also a hearty snack or the perfect pre and post workout fuel.

They are available at Coles in the Frozen Food section. Look for the other pies - they are not with our Pizzas. 

Both the filling and the pastry are high in protein! The filling is made with lean beef mince, and the pastry has been specially developed to include extra protein while keeping a great taste and texture.

FroPro High-Protein Pies are designed to be a more macro-friendly alternative to traditional pies, with a high protein content while keeping the calories balanced to fit into a healthy lifestyle.

For the best results, cook them from frozen in a microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds before finishing for 2 minutes in the air fryer on 180C. More cooking instructions can be found on the packaging.
