Buffalo Chicken Croissant Sandwich
If our FPFC and a Croissant had a baby, it would be this Buffalo Fried Chicken Croissant Sandwich!
1 Southern Style FPFC Breast Fillet
1 Croissant Sandwich Roll
30g Buffalo Sauce
1 Cos Lettuce Leaf
10g Red Onion Rings
10g Bread and Butter Pickles
20g Reduced Fat Ranch
1. Cook FPFC to packet instructions.
2. Slightly toast your croissant roll.
3. When your FPFC has finished cooking, toss in your buffalo sauce until fully coated.
4. To assemble add your lettuce leaf, onion rings, buffalo chicken, pickles and ranch to your bottom roll and place on top roll.
