How to Cook Your FroPro Dumplings

PAN FRY

7 mins*

  1. Remove dumplings from packaging, cook from frozen.
  2. Preheat 1 tbs of oil in a non stick pan over a medium heat.
  3. Sear dumplings for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Turn to low heat. Add 1/2 cup of water and cover with the lid. Simmer for 5 minutes or until water dries.
  5. Carefully remove and enjoy!

STEAM

15 mins*

  1. Remove dumplings from packaging, cook from frozen.
  2. Steam the dumplings over boiling water for 15 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Carefully remove and enjoy!
