Cooking Instructions

AIR FRYER - 12 mins*

1. Remove the FPFC Breast Tenders from all packaging.
2. Place in air fryer basket.
3. Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Remove carefully, allow to cool for 30 seconds, enjoy!

OVEN - 15 mins*

1. Preheat oven to 200°c (180°c. fan forced).
2. Remove FPFC Breast Tenders from packaging.
3. Place on an oven tray with baking paper.
4. Place in the oven and cook from frozen for 15-18 minutes
or until golden brown.
5. Remove carefully, allow to cool for 30 seconds, enjoy!

Caution: Product will be hot, take care when handling. *These instructions are a guide as some ovens can vary. Do not microwave. Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated. Cook from frozen. This product is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
