Cooking Instructions

AIR FRYER - 12 mins*

1. Remove the FPFC Breast Tenders from packaging.
2. Place the FPFC Breast Tenders in the air fryer basket.
3. Cook for 12 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown.
4. Remove carefully and serve.

OVEN - 15 mins*

1. Preheat oven to 200°c.
2. Remove FPFC Breast Tenders from packaging.
3. Place FPFC Breast Tenders on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
4. Place in the oven and cook on fan bake for 15-18 minutes 200°C or until golden brown.
5. Remove carefully and serve.

Caution: Product will be hot, take care when handling. *These instructions are a guide as some ovens can vary. Do not microwave. Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated. Cook from frozen. This product is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.

Storage Instructions
