Chicken Parmi Wrap Recipe: The High Protein Pub Classic Reimagined
Love a classic pub style parmi but want a healthier, higher protein version you can whip up at home? This Chicken Parmi Wrap delivers all the comfort with none of the compromise, powered by FroPro’s legendary FPFC.
INGREDIENTS:
1 x Low Carb Wrap
1 x FPFC Southern Style Breast Fillet
10g Lite Mozzarella
1 x Slice Lite Tasty Cheese
10g Ham
20g Pizza Sauce
15g Sliced Tomato
10g Slice Red Onion
METHOD:
Place your FPFC in the air fryer and cook to packet instructions.
When your FPFC is nearly done, grab your wrap and cut one slit from the middle to the edge.
On the bottom left side, place your slice of cheese, top left add on your sauce and ham, top right add your rocket, tomato and onion, then finally add your FPFC parmi to the bottom right.
Starting at the bottom left, fold your wrap upwards, then across, then down to create the perfect triangle parcel.
Place your folded wrap in a sandwich press for 3 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted
