Sauce:
5g Light Butter
20g Diced Onion
100g Diced Tomato
15g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
Turmeric
Smoked Paprika
Garam Masala
Salt & Pepper
1 Brioche Burger Bun
Coriander
Sliced Red Onion
1. Add your light butter and diced onion to a frying pan over a medium heat until onion is softened.
2. Add your tomatoes, yoghurt, turmeric, smoked paprika, garam masala, salt and pepper.
3. Allow to cool and blend to create a smooth sauce.
4. Cook your FPFC in the air fryer to packet instructions.
5. Add your butter chicken sauce to a toasted burger bun, top with FPFC, sliced red onion, more sauce and garnish with coriander.
